FTE: 1.0_, Shift: Day_, Schedule: DayPosition SummaryLaboratory experience preferred but not requiredThe Finance Manager IBU is accountable for the financial leadership and financial management for an Interdependent Business Unit (IBU). The Finance Manager optimizes the financial and operational performance; achieves organizational objectives and strategic goals; leads efforts to improve operations and monitor metrics, including staffing, labor productivity, overtime, and serves as a key resource to monitor budget variances. The incumbent partners with clinical and operational leaders to provide guidance and share financial talent to maximize on financial opportunities; identifies opportunities for improvement and leads the execution of financial improvement initiatives – translating financial targets into actionable operating objectives.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business required; Master's degree preferred• Six (6) years of progressively responsible finance experience in a healthcare environment• Additional years of finance or accounting related experience in a private practice healthcare setting is highly desired• Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications.Pay and Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $99,549.00 - $143,229.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
