SUMMARY: The Multimedia Specialist will combine writing, design, and technical skills to create procedural manuals and content using technology based products that educate an adult learner. The incumbent is responsible for managing projects and meeting deadlines in order to provide quality products and customer service. The incumbent is responsible for understanding and creating based on regulatory, copyright, and other applicable laws. The ability to quickly learn a skill set and transfer it into a user friendly online format using programming and writing skills is essential. While this job requires a high level of independence and professional decision making skills, this can also be a highly collaborative position, with a significant amount of time spent working in a project management capacity and team environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Applying project management skills, lead efforts to develop ideas for design, development and delivery support to content developers and subject matter experts by giving ideas as to how to best utilize technology in a way that supports desired goals and maintains the integrity of the content, understanding and complying with regulatory, copyright, and other applicable laws.
- Develop visual, electronic, auditory, and kinesthetic training materials.
- Work with internal subject matter experts such as Group Compliance, develop action plans to reduce bank exposure to risk.Ensure that training programs are continually updated to comply with ongoing legal and regulatory changes.
- Author material into a program, test and adjust products to produce finished learning modules or manuals.
- Maintain expert level knowledge of software programs used to create graphics, animations, videos, audio and Web interfaces for e-Learning modules and applications using a variety of tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure online content and documentation is accurate.
- Research assigned subject areas to develop and deliver training tools and resources.
- Collaborate and communicate with content developers, other specialists, and programmers to gather all content for a reasonable turnaround time.
- Maintain up to date knowledge about e-learning products to ensure the best learning environment is available to Arvest associates.
- Work with IT departments to assure effective cooperation to support the eLearning process, LMS standards, policies, and procedures.
- Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS;

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent related experience required.
- 1 year computer programming, graphic design, or training experience required.
- 1 year web development, or using content authoring and audio software, to write, design and produce interactive multimedia presentations experience required.
- 1 year Microsoft Office products experience required.
- 1 year Adobe Creative Suite (Captivate, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, Animate, etc.) experience required.
- 1 year video creation and editing experience required.
- Previous writing procedures and content experience required.
- Previous JavaScript, HTML, and HTML5 experience preferred.
