We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager with extensive experience directing AAA clients, particularly in the digital consultancy field. You will manage client relationships, growth strategies, and ensure operational areas are delivering the value the client requires.
As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in our organization by serving as the primary contact between Multiplica and our clients in Chile. You will be responsible for understanding client needs and objectives, developing strategies to meet those objectives, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. Proven experience in account management, knowledge of CRM systems, strategic thinking, and client communication will be essential to drive client retention and revenue growth.
