Automotive Sales Associate - Mercedes-Benz

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Automotive Sales Associates.


Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian, you will play a key role in driving the success of our dealership by helping customers find the perfect luxury vehicle to meet their needs. We are looking for individuals with a passion for automobiles, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic and rewarding environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new or pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Provide in-depth product knowledge and demonstrate vehicle features and capabilities.

Meet or exceed sales goals through effective prospecting, lead follow-up, and closing techniques.

Stay up-to-date on new vehicle offerings, promotions, and market trends.

Conduct test drives and vehicle presentations to showcase vehicle features and benefits.

Negotiate pricing and payment terms with customers.

Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.

Collaborate with the sales team and other dealership departments to ensure customer satisfaction.


Qualifications:

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required. We provide training to help you succeed!

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated with a high level of energy and a positive attitude.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.

Strong negotiation skills and a focus on achieving sales targets.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
