Responsibilities 🤓

✓ Drive projects success by aligning with client’s needs and knowledge-transfer. Also leverage Mutt’s technical teams capabilities to project’s success. Drive them, through Mutt’s project lifecycles (discovery + implementation phases).

✓ Ensures compliance by your team of established Agile methodologies and processes. Setup, assist in the creation or help kickstart agile process methodologies with Technical Leads: requirements, weeklies, dailys, project roadmaps, minutes plannings, user-stories, status reports, retros,  etc.

✓ Build and evolve a set of tools, frameworks, processes and methodologies to track or analyze the project’s progress, obstacles and needs and help fulfill them. 

✓ Ensure information tracked is reported in a timely manner  on a biweekly basis.

✓ Setup teams via staffing needs, record and manage PTOs/leaves and other team requirements (equipment, changes in location, travel arrangements, etc) every 2 weeks 

✓ Keep the team focused on the project’s goals. Do the first initial rounds with external actors and stakeholders and Act as a team’s ambassador and balance the team’s agenda for most external requests. 

✓ Be a servant leader and facilitate the team’s success. Promote radical candor, trust and openness via psychological safety .✓ Help tech leads with underperformance +  conflict management situations on demand.

✓ Handle equipment requests, PTOs and special trips.

✓ Facilitate education sessions and x-team collaboration efforts.

✓ Manage project’s knowledge and information. 

✓ Analyze and improve billable utilization with capacity planning.  

Minimum Required Experience

✓ University degree in Industrial/Civil Engineering, Business, Economics, or related bachelor's level.

✓ 3+ years of experience launching medium/large-scale software initiatives in software outsourcing (experience in Personnel, Time and Materials and Budgets).

✓ Advanced oral and written communication skills both in Spanish and English. Intermediate skills in P&L analysis, revenues and costs forecasting and contract renegotiation on billable hours.  

✓ Experience working with Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc) or similar (i.e Office Package)

✓ Comfortable working with open communication tools such as Slack and ClickUp. Knowledge in team skills: teach/mentoring, flexibility, team building, active-listener, etc. 

✓ Comfortable with autonomy, prioritizing tasks and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Rises to challenges and/or unfamiliar tasks with enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.

✓ Love solving problems: strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize as required.

✓ Strong attention to detail.

✓ Strong communication skills.
