We are seeking a Senior BI Analyst to join our BI & Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing advanced data models, creating visually engaging dashboards, and performing statistical and predictive analyses to support strategic decision-making and enhance customer experiences. This position is ideal for a skilled data analyst with strong technical abilities who can translate complex data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and innovation across the company.

*Responsibilities:*

- Use advanced data analysis techniques to interpret and analyze complex datasets.

- Generate actionable insights and recommendations that align with business objectives.

- Build and maintain data models to improve data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and analytics.

- Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modeling to forecast business trends and outcomes.

- Collaborate closely with various departments to understand their data needs and create analytical solutions.

*Requirements:*

- 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst in B2C environments.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.

- Expertise in data modeling and statistical analysis, with knowledge of Python (preferred).

- Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).

- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
