MycoWorks is seeking a Senior People Manager to lead the People team at our new manufacturing facility in Union, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be innovative, motivated, and experienced in HR management.

Responsibilities

Provide counsel on employee relations strategy
Partner with corporate functions to deliver People programs
Design and lead implementation of programs and policies
Manage a competitive compensation program
Lead and develop the People team members
Partner with operational teammates and senior leadership
Align engagement programs with company values and vision
