Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Accounts Receivable, document bills and supporting documentation

• Maintain Accounts Payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, confirming validity of the debt and gather appropriate signatures

• Update financial records via accounting software

• Gather payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line

• Analyzing financial statements and prepare balance sheet

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting
• Advanced proficiency in accounting and financial principles, regulations, and best practices
• Comprehensive understanding of governmental guidelines and tax laws impacting the company
• Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
• Adept at data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in utilizing basic office and accounting software programs
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
