Director of Lifecycle Marketing

MyFitnessPal is seeking a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to design and lead their lifecycle marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, data-driven, and experienced in managing teams. They will oversee the execution of CRM programs, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive personalization and automation in marketing campaigns.

Skills

10+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing and customer retention
7+ years of people management experience
Strong analytical and segmentation skills
Experience with messaging automation platforms
Ability to foster cross-functional relationships

Responsibilities

Develop customer lifecycle strategy and roadmap
Execute CRM programs across different channels
Partner with Product and Engineering teams for data and technology enablement
Oversee reporting processes and provide insights to leadership
