About this Role 

This is an exceptional opportunity for a mission-driven and dynamic Senior IT Support Specialist who is excited about building the end-to-end technology infrastructure from the ground up for a value-based care delivery startup. The Senior IT Support Specialist will participate in developing the multi-year strategic blueprint and then lead components of implementation of onsite network, IAM and be a primary liaison working with technology partners and vendors. This individual will have a deep understanding of network management and will be instrumental in setting up a network for a new site.  


Expectations for this Role
  • End-User Support: Provide timely and effective support to end-users by resolving application-related issues, answering questions, and assisting with technical inquiries. 
  • Application Access Management: Manage user access to various business applications, ensuring appropriate permissions and security settings are in place. 
  • User Profile and Group Management: Create, maintain, and assign user profiles and groups based on roles and responsibilities within the organization. 
  • Application Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of business applications by performing regular updates, patches, and system maintenance tasks. 
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve access problems, technical glitches, and other application-related issues to minimize downtime and disruptions. 
  • Integration: Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate business applications seamlessly and optimize data flow between systems. 

Network Management: 
  • Overseeing network infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and effective project management 
  • Primary liaison to work with network vendors and partners 
  • Enforcing security policies and procedures, monitoring incidents, and conducting assessments to mitigate risks 
  • Utilizing monitoring tools to proactively manage network performance and ensure infrastructure efficiency and scalability 
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of network systems and providing leadership with performance and project reports 
  • Oversees daily operations of Support Delivery analyst and engineer staff including specialists in Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Azure 

Identity Management:  
  • Define the vision, roadmap, requirements for the identify management program, aligning it with the organization’s overall security posture and business objectives. 
  • Create both short- and long-term enterprise ID management roadmaps, prioritize and manage programs and projects with an understanding of the organizational strategic and security requirements, technology context and business needs 
  • Identifies and evaluates complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement 
  • Identifies the broader impact of current decisions related to user access, data access and information security 
  • Align IAM processes across the organization, and develop and document standards for organizational use 
  • Develop, present, and manage IAM metrics to continuously measure and improve the IAM program 
  • Understand business and information technology management processes and demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards 


Attributes of an Ideal Candidate
  • Passion and mission orientation for serving high-risk seniors and frail older adults  
  • Thrives in a high growth, “zero to one” environment 
  • Prior experience evaluating and implementing a best of breed technology stack from the ground up, ideally in another healthcare setting 
  • Strong experience with MS products: Azure, Intune and O365 
  • Should have current CCNA or better certification 
  • Strong experience with CISCO Meraki 
  • Strong experience with SharePoint 
  • Working Knowledge of key mission‐critical infrastructure such as Exchange, Active Directory/ SSO, Relational Databases, File transferring (SFTP), etc. 
  • Be a quick learner and comfortable diving into a subject matter area; Proactively identifies key problems/risks and recommends solutions; Communicates (written and verbal) effectively to internal audiences 


Location
  • Los Angeles. California
  • This role is remote, with the expectation to report to our two (2) Los Angele sites as needed.


$94,400 - $125,000 a year
myPlace Health offers a robust compensation package for this role that includes cash compensation and other total rewards. Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, relevant work and industry experience, certifications, and location of the role. Onsite roles include appropriate geographic adjustments, while remote roles are typically priced off national pay data.
 
This role is eligible for the following:
