Must be ENGLISH/SPANISH BilingualJob Title: Area Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager for Latin AmericaJob OverviewThis role will:• Drive sales performance to achieve business objectives in terms of volume, market share, mix, and profitability, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand reputation.• Provide commercial leadership and maintain excellent relationships with partners. Develop and implement sales, product, and pricing strategies while monitoring sales department performance against targets.Responsibilities and Duties• Deliver the agreed and committed new truck sales volume and profitability objectives for part of the Latin America region.• Interface with importers to develop and follow up on annual business plans, sales, and market forecasts.• Develop and deploy sales, product, commercial, and pricing strategies in cooperation with importers and finance teams to secure competitiveness across markets.• Maintain excellent relationships with importers.• Manage product offerings for assigned markets, ensuring the best specifications for applications and addressing new product requisites or change requests.• Develop and execute marketing and communication plans with importers.• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, brand experience, and partner engagement.• Optimize stock maintenance by managing inventory levels for wholesale and retail operations.• Collaborate with finance teams to secure attractive partner finance offerings and ensure proactive payment collection.• Organize and support commercial training and product presentations for importers.• Oversee sales-to-order and order-to-delivery processes, reviewing monthly sales demand with markets.• Coordinate monthly and quarterly business review meetings.Minimum Qualifications• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.• 5–8 years of experience in sales/commercial roles within the commercial vehicle industry.• Strong vehicle sales background, including knowledge of sales, spare parts, service, retail development, and marketing in the truck/automotive industry.• Understanding of the trucks/automotive businesses in Latin America.• Experience in sales planning and execution, with knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.Necessary Technical/Functional/Language Skills• Strong commercial and communication skills.• Ability to take initiative, argue, negotiate, and influence while interacting with diverse partners with a customer service mindset.• Capable of motivating and engaging partners.• Structured, proactive, and process-oriented approach to work.• Strong technical understanding of commercial vehicle products, systems, and applications.• Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.• Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:• The California Fair Chance Act• Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance• Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers• San Francisco Fair Chance OrdinancePay Details: $110,000.00 per yearEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:• The California Fair Chance Act• Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance• Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers• San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
