As a Product Design Consultant at Nagarro, you will play a key role in shaping the strategy and vision of world-class digital products and platforms. At Nagarro, our dynamic, global, and non-hierarchical work culture fosters fresh perspectives and enables you to create products people love.Responsibilities:• Lead and facilitate structured workshops, ensuring active participation.• Develop workshop agendas and materials tailored to client needs.• Conduct pre-workshop consultations to understand client challenges.• Employ interactive activities and small group discussions for engagement.• Manage both in-person and virtual workshop environments.• Document and communicate workshop outcomes.• Build strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.• Lead the design process for digital products, including user research, usability testing, and prototyping.• Collaborate with development teams to ensure design implementation aligns with the user experience.Qualifications:• 6+ years of experience working on a wide variety of complex digital products and services.• Excellent knowledge of the product life cycle, product design, and UX principles.• Strong problem-solving skills with a human-centered, data-driven approach.• Proficiency in design tools like Miro, Figma, and FigJam.• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.• Ability to work remotely and in person(when needed) and drive initiatives independently.• Proactive and self-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.How to Apply: We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate their expertise and creativity.• Video Introduction: Submit a brief video (2-3 minutes) introducing yourself and explaining your experience and interest in the role.• Case Study Presentation: Prepare a short case study presentation (5-7 slides) on a recent project you've worked on, highlighting your design process and outcomes.Join us at Nagarro and help create products that people love in a dynamic and global environment.
