About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced General Counsel to join our team and help manage rapid growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the General Counsel will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to the senior management team, ensuring that the company manages growth strategically and with integrity. We are a company that collects and builds algorithms on audio visual data captured in the home, as such the right candidate will have strong experience in technology and data privacy. This role will also partner with the CEO and CFO on financing and strategic opportunities.

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 2-3 days per week
Salary Range: $250,000 to $275,000 base salary + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
