Agency Partner Manager

Narvar is seeking an Agency Partner Manager to develop and nurture a portfolio of digital agencies and system integrators. This role requires a passion for the ecommerce and supply chain ecosystem, startup culture, and partnership enablement.

Skills

5+ years working with digital agencies, full stack dev shops, and system integrators
3+ years experience within the retail tech industry
Strong grasp of ecosystem-led growth models
Self-starter and creative problem-solver
Familiarity with agencies serving major eCommerce platforms

Responsibilities

Identify and manage strategic agency partners for successful implementations
Ensure agencies generate pipeline and convert leads to achieve revenue targets
Coordinate with Sales for pipeline monitoring and planning
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with agency partners
Work with marketing to publish success stories and implement joint go-to-market campaigns
Liaise between agencies and Product team to unlock agency capabilities
Monitor P&L of Agency program for positive impact
