Narvar is growing! We are hiring a Vice President of Product Management to help guide our product strategy and execution. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong operational skills and those who can help shape our future around data-driven intelligence for retail. This role offers the opportunity to significantly impact our products, our business and the future of retail technology. The VP of Product Management will report to our Chief Product Officer.Day-to-day• Lead a global team of directors and product managers along with product operations and product analytics.• Drive the operating rhythm across the product organization.• Set the standard of rigor for product analysis, research, requirements and prioritization.• Work cross functionally to ensure effective communication and alignment as well as develop effective strategies to bring products to market.• Mentor teammates to drive professional development and excellent performance.• Engage with customers to understand market needs and incorporate it into product roadmaps.• Design for customer delight to deliver value and in a timely way, further elevating Narvar’s brand for innovation, our ability to execute, and our customer NPSWhat we're looking for• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or equivalent work experience, with a preference for a Master's degree.• 10+ years of Product Management leadership experience in multi-product B2B SaaS. Prefer experience building solutions for retail.• Demonstrated ability to conceive and deliver products focused around data and AI/ML.• Deep understanding of Product Management process and the ability to drive PM best practices into the organization.• Bias to action and track record of high performance; someone who “gets things done”.• Superior communication skills and attention to detail.• Technically savvy and at ease leading both technical and non-technical discussions.• Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to set product-growth strategy and related KPIs (MRR, CLV, Churn, etc.), gain alignment across senior leadership, and develop/deliver on an execution plan - with clear accountabilities, milestones, and owners - to drive growth and achieve commercial goals.• Ideal candidate has experience managing a scaled saas product (>$250M ARR)• Experience in managing time-zone challenges and aligning cross-functional teams towards common goals.Why Narvar?We're on a mission to simplify the everyday lives of consumers.
