Vice President, Strategic Customer Success

Narvar is hiring a Vice President of Strategic Customer Success to lead the post-purchase experience and drive customer retention and growth. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally, managing executive relationships, and developing a customer-centric culture.

  • Client-facing experience in retail consulting or customer success management
  • Project management and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead operations of the Customer Strategic/Global Success organization
  • Build and drive programs to measure customer health and account balancing
  • Manage relationships with customers and executive accounts
  • Develop standard processes for product adoption and growth
  • Create a performance-driven culture and measure program effectiveness
  • Promote a customer-centric mindset and scout talent for the team
  • Provide executive level communication and engagement

Education

  • BA/BS required
  • MBA is a plus
