Natcast (short for The National Center for the Advancement of Semiconductor Technology) is a new, purpose-built, non-profit entity created to operate the National Semiconductor Technology Center (NSTC) consortium, established by the CHIPS Act of the U.S. government.

Communications & Design Specialist
In this role you will craft compelling narratives and visual presentations that articulate Natcast's mission and impact across the semiconductor ecosystem, working directly with executive leadership to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and impact.

Responsibilities:
Partner with executives to develop high-impact presentations
Create compelling visual designs for technical content
Maintain consistent brand identity across materials
Design infographics explaining complex technical concepts
Support executive communication strategies
Develop presentation templates and style guides
Collaborate with technical teams to understand content
Create visual assets for multiple platforms
Manage presentation content library
Support internal and external communication initiatives
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Design, or related field
5+ years of experience in corporate communications
Strong portfolio of presentation design work
Expert knowledge of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working with executive leadership
Excellence in written and verbal communication
Strong project management capabilities
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear messaging
Understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience in semiconductor or technology industry
Knowledge of technical presentation software
Public-private partnership experience
Video editing capabilities
Data visualization expertise
