Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day contact operations across the Customer Experience group
Track, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators
Mentor and coach Customer Experience Supervisors
Work with department heads to improve customer experience
Manage cross-functional initiatives affecting Customer Experience
Act as the SME for escalated issues
Promote an inclusive and engaging workspace

Education

Bachelor’s or Master's degree preferred
