Natera is a global leader in cfDNA testing, seeking a Pathology Support Coordinator to assist in ensuring quality tissue acquisition. This temporary role focuses on supporting sample review and communication processes.

Responsibilities

Review select cases for accuracy of tissue requests
Assist PSCs in resolving case issues
Ensure proper handling of non-conforming samples
Compose professional communications for case escalations
Perform outbound calls to pathology labs for specimen information
Attend interdepartmental meetings and provide feedback
Monitor errors and metrics for tissue cases

Education
