Research Associate

Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, seeking a Research Associate to contribute to oncology projects through molecular testing and data analysis.

Skills

Hands-on experience with nucleic acid techniques.
Next Generation Sequencing protocol experience.
FFPE tissue handling and histopathology knowledge.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in R or SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate workflow activities for molecular and genetic-based tests.
Contribute to data analysis and report preparation.
Collaborate with academic and pharma partners.
Execute daily sample flow processing.
Maintain communication with management and teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
