Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, focusing on oncology, women’s health, and organ health. They are looking for a Sr. Director in Organ Health to manage strategic accounts and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies for key strategic accounts.
Build and maintain relationships with Nephrology Service Line Leaders.
Lead a team of strategic account managers for exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate with field sales teams to drive Renasight test growth.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape for new opportunities.
Prepare regular business reviews highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred
