Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing. They are looking for a Sr Phlebotomist to serve patients by managing blood retrieval processes and ensuring specimen integrity.

Phlebotomy experience
Knowledge of testing procedures

Responsibilities

Verifies test requisitions and patient identification
Obtains blood specimens through venipunctures and finger sticks
Maintains specimen integrity and quality results
Resolves unusual test orders and communicates with relevant stakeholders
Participates in educational opportunities related to phlebotomy

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required
BS/BA degree preferred
Phlebotomy Certificate if required by State
