Natera is looking for a Sr Phlebotomist to serve patients by managing blood sample collection and ensuring compliance with health standards.

Responsibilities

Verifies test requisitions and patient identification.
Obtains blood specimens using venipunctures and finger sticks.
Maintains specimen integrity with aseptic techniques.
Tracks collected specimens and maintains quality results.
Resolves unusual test orders through communication.
Participates in educational opportunities and follows policies.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent
BS/BA degree preferred
Phlebotomy Certificate if required by State
