National Franchise Sales Manager - job 2 of 2

PURPOSE
This position supports and oversees the organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Primarily responsible for leading a national sales force and managing national sales function. Responsible for ensuring the organization's sales volume and profitability objectives are met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Direct, train, motivate and support the new franchisees throughout the country.
  • Offer superior hands-on training and sales support to the franchisees and their sales resources.
  • Work on large sales opportunities with franchisees.
  • Work with the Franchise Support, Admin and Development teams and carriers on account appeals, circumstantial pricing, additional customer specific requests and escalated support questions.
  • Measure and report on sales results and training effectiveness.
  • Make recommendations on sales awards and contests.
  • Conduct assigned business plan reviews.
  • Assist SVP and department leaders to determine training objectives and audience needs.
  • Help develop, implement, and participate in sales trainings and the corresponding materials.
  • Make visits to franchisees/new owners.
  • Provide field support to sales managers and franchisees.
  • Work closely with the Franchise Admin, Support and Development teams as needed to best support the franchisees’ business needs and growth initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years sales experience
FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (if applicable)
  • Utilizing the Company’s sales’ goal, establish goals for all Account Representatives and Account Managers.
