Enterprise Applications Specialist
NISC is looking for an Enterprise Applications Specialist to join their internal IT team, responsible for supporting enterprise-level CRM solutions.
Skills
- Customer support experience
- Knowledge of SCRUM or agile methodologies
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- PC skills including scripting and tables
Responsibilities
- Assist users with application support efforts
- Write documentation for processes and testing
- Ensure highest customer service experience
- Assist with software release process
- Perform data hygiene across enterprise tools
- Conduct training for users
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
- Equivalent experience
