Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Sr. Executive Assistant in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role is within the Financial Services industry, where you'll support the CEO and other senior leaders in a dynamic and engaging environment. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and other senior leaders - Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage a dynamic workload- Utilize the ADP - Financial Services system for various tasks- Conduct and manage Cisco Webex Meetings- Use Concur, CRM, and Kronos Timekeeping System for various tasks- Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings- Handle communication and correspondence for the CEO and other senior leaders- Build relationships and anticipate the needs of the CEO and other senior leaders- Use the About Time system for various tasks- Coordinate and manage conference calls.
