National Channel Account Manager - CDW
Location: Remote ( Preferred residence in Chicago. Will accept residents located in MI, WI, IN, and IW)
Are you passionate about solving critical cybersecurity challenges? Are you experienced in executing channel strategies involving strategic partners to exceed revenue objectives? We seek an experienced Sales and Channel leader to focus on the development and growth of BlueVoyant’s Alliance with CDW. You will play a key role in national partner profile development, business planning, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain and grow the CDW partnership nationally to support assigned revenue and partner program objectives.

Proactively lead the joint partner planning process for mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones to ensure a productive partner relationship.

Ensure proper coordination and involvement of company personnel to meet partner performance objectives and obtain revenue targets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure proper outcomes for BlueVoyant, CDW, and end customers.

Build strong relationships within CDW Sales, PPM, and Operations teams to grow joint revenue and acquire new customers.

Build measurable annual business plans to define partnership goals and conduct QBRs with CDW to execute pipeline and sales success.

Work closely with BlueVoyant marketing to leverage resources (collateral, presentations, events, emails, webinars) to support joint initiatives in driving customer demand, sales/solution plays, and ultimately pipeline growth.

Prepare and present regular CDW Alliance status updates & sales results for executive leaders & program stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:

Demonstrable track record of success in quota-carrying sales and channel roles primarily focused on enterprise new business acquisition in the cyber defense realm

Knowledge and proficiency in the enterprise sales process from initiation to close

Proven experience with DMR partner development, working closely with account teams to build joint solutions and maintain the required pipeline to exceed sales targets

Comprehensive understanding and proven experience with managed security services managed detection and response, and vendor risk capabilities in the cybersecurity market.

Demonstrable success in building measurable business plans to define partnership goals in conjunction with periodic business reviews to track pipeline generation and sales performance.

Experience working with internal product, marketing, and technical operations teams to support joint initiatives with partners (collateral, presentations, operations reviews, etc.)

Competence in preparing and delivering partner and solution-oriented presentations to support business development objectives.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

Preferred Competencies:
-
7+ years of Enterprise (full cycle) sales experience involving channel partners
-
Experience working with CDW and a solid understanding of how CDW goes to market, their solution strategy and value proposition across their horizontal and vertical customer segments, how to build solution plays with their PPM organization, and how they leverage third-party service providers to drive additional value through complementary solutions to their clients

Experience working with an early-stage organization or new initiatives that focus on go-to-market strategy execution

Recent experience selling B2B cyber defense solutions, preferably Managed Detection and Response (MDR / XDR, MSSP/ SOC as a Service), Third Party Risk Management, and SIEM

Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, E5, XDR, Splunk / SPC, and tier 1 EDR solution

Previously held technical sales roles (quota-bearing)

Demonstrable experience managing sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, MEDDPICC)
