At National Staffing Solutions, we have the privilege and honor of working with dedicated healthcare professionals that make a positive impact in aiding those needing healthcare services across the U.S. every day.It is our passion, drive and integrity that enables us to continue our focus in assisting remarkable healthcare professionals like yourself in solidifying the best career opportunities available to you.We’re currently seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our amazing team.Details Of The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Opening• Anticipated start date: ASAP• Salary Range: $650/day• Anticipated duration of assignment: As Needed• Anticipated schedule: PRNDaily Range of Responsibilities of the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner:• Willing to accept these specialties: family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, etc., or anyone with a background in general medicine, or experience with compensation and pension• One-Time non-treatment C&P exams + separation health assessments• Exams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment: range of motion testing, muscle strength testing• No prescribing, no treatment• DMA certification available (can get CME credits) – will need to obtain once privileged if not already certified• Use of Goniometer required• Familiar with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio required• Proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions• Own personal laptop (NO MACs)• Training shall be provided for all Reporting/Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs)• Reporting/DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion - no narrative report; end product is completion of standardized form(s)• Record review is required in most cases• Follow up administrative work will be required on a regular basis (addendums, medical opinions, and reading diagnostics)Qualifications For The Primary Care Nurse Practitioner• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program• Nationally recognized as a Nurse Practitioner• Clinical experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified• Holds a current NP and RN license in any state• BLSSubmit your resume to us today for consideration of the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner opening and one of our dedicated recruiters will be in touch within 24 business hours.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
