- Janitorial / Maintenance Services.
- Staffing.
- Security Guard Services.
- Logistics.
Responsibilities
- Search for potential clients and sale our services.
- Create new business through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Sell, renew and expand service agreements, including multiyear agreements, to both new and existing customers.
- Effectively write, and present proposals.
- Keep management informed of progress and account status.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience.
- Superior communication and customer service skills.
- Have excellent planning, organization and time management skills.
- Action oriented with sense of urgency.
- Ability to work within team environment.
- Oversee preparation and presentation of proposals to clients.
- Work closely with our operations managers in ensuring the best level of service.
- Establish weekly reporting plans.
