We're seeking associates to join our 1st shift team at our optical manufacturing facility in Plano, Texas.
1st Shift Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
$15.50/hr starting base pay for entry level PLUS bi-weekly bonus opportunities, great PTO plan & benefits!
Our associates are responsible for performing a variety of duties, depending on their assigned department and lab needs. Production Lab Techs help expedite job orders throughout the manufacturing process in a timely and efficient manner in order to serve our customers.
Tasks include observing data on job trays, RF scanning to stations, ensuring movement of job trays throughout production process, machine operation, handling of lenses, cleaning and visually inspecting lenses, observing SOPs and other assigned work in a department's operation.
