NICE text analytics is looking for an exceptional Natural Language Processing (NLP) Researcher to join our team. As an NLP Researcher, you will play a vital role in enhancing our contact center solutions through the development of advanced NLP algorithms and models. You will work in a collaborative team environment to explore and create solutions to industry problems using state-of-the-art large language models. You bring to this team environment several years' experience in deep learning using the latest in transformer-based NLP architectures, as well as the curiosity and grit to see a project to delivery.
