Value Stream Manager

Nature's Bakery is looking for a Value Stream Manager to lead and integrate operating teams across shifts to ensure quality product manufacturing. This role supports company values and collaborates closely with various departments.

Technical experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

Manage operating teams for efficient material conversion
Support and advocate for the Nature's Bakery Operating System
Recommend and implement changes in methods and equipment
Manage employee relations and team member advocacy
Assure food safety and product quality
Establish area performance standards and goals
Oversee troubleshooting of process/packaging equipment
Ensure open communications and broaden team member responsibilities
Advise on technological advancements and improvements
Participate in short-term and long-term improvement strategies
Evaluate team member performance and develop career goals

Education

BS/BA in engineering or similar applied field preferred
5 years experience in a consumer products environment
