Purpose of role

This role exists within US Production Service Management team to provide production support for various front office applications including technical analysis and associated solutions to ensure production stability for the business as per agreed Service Level Expectations (SLE) or requirements.

What does the role do:

  • Responsible for supporting in-house trading applications and flows to external ECNs to cover trade life-cycle, trade capture, intraday risk management and PnL.
  • Knowledge in modernization technologies, such as data analytics and blockchain technology. A strong understanding of these technologies and their practical applications in enhancing business processes and innovation is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and its various libraries, with the ability to develop efficient and scalable solutions. Familiarity and capability in using python for tasks related to data analysis, scripting, software development, or automation are highly valued.
  • Provide front line technical support to front office business users to resolve issues with trading applications and any business-related information quality.
  • Provide support during core market hours as part of team Rota covering early/late starts with potential for weekend support on rotational basis.
  • Acting as a representative of the user community and work with the development team to prioritize BAU support issues requiring a fix or enhancement for future releases.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

The expected base annual salary range for this position is $68,000 - $90,000 at the start of employment. This is not a guarantee of compensation. The exact compensation is determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on skills, experience, training licensure, certifications and location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus; medical, dental, and vision plans; life and disability insurance; employee wellness programs; retirement and savings plans with potential employer contributions; generous paid time off policy, parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
