Nautical is looking for a Product Manager to join our team in our Toronto office. We're looking to hire a Product Manager to oversee the successful development and implementation of our product from conception to market introduction. This role involves seeing strategic ideas through design, testing, and launch.
The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer success.
We work in a hybrid work environment, and we value in-person collaboration and will often meet in-office three days a week.
Responsibilities- Analyze market data to develop a product strategy that meets both user and business needs.
- Ensure stakeholders understand the product and its capabilities for company-wide success.
- Draft and distribute briefs for smooth product releases, addressing issues as they arise.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, sharing feedback with the team to enhance our product.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet market demands with innovative features.
- Report product success and strategize improvements.
- Lead Agile practices, including scrum and retrospectives, to support the development team and resolve issues.
About You- 2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in commerce, fintech, or logistics.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive measurable improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Expertise in translating complex problems into clear, actionable plans while proactively driving momentum and identifying opportunities for rapid iteration and improvement.
- Data-driven decision-maker, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
- Clear communicator, capable of conveying complex ideas to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Jira, Figma, Agile, or related project management tools and frameworks.
