As a Program Analyst (Senior) you will:

A week in the life of a Program Analyst (Senior):

  • Track and analyze program requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Participate as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.
  • Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information
  • Plan, develop, review, and coordinate DoD/Navy acquisition documentation
  • Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
  • Support customer tag-ups, working groups and various milestone events
  • Interpret technical and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
  • Develop program materials, meeting minutes and action tracking
  • Participate in Risk Management and CDRL management activities.
  • Establish and define program plan requirements
  • Assists in planning, manning, executing and contract duties to maintain cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Use scheduling tools and provide insight and oversight of program progress

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law. Job Requirements
  • Ability to obtain Secret Clearance. US Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Systems Administration, or Information Systems Management.
  • At least ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, performing the functional duties to be performed for this position.
  • Of the ten (10) years at least four (4) years must include experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) with roles higher than basic user
