Position OverviewAs the commercial vehicle industry undertakes its most significant transformation in a century, Navistar is on a mission to redefine transportation. Embracing a bold digital transformation, Navistar is ushering in a new era of complete and sustainable transport solutions.Navistar is transforming its service business with a service solution mindset.We have a great opportunity for a Director of Digital Transformation - Dealer Services & Retail Sales.This will transform the journey for solution selling that includes bundling solutions, guided offerings, dealer processes efficiency, contract management and cost control, sales, and lead management, subscriptions, and e-commerce enabled by data analytics.This hybrid position will be based in our Lisle, Illinois Headquarters and will report to the VP of Digital Solutions.ResponsibilitiesDefining digital strategy for sub-domain areas for service sales together with the team.Work with digital acceleration and product ownership mindset of service sales digital landscape, including:configuration to quotedigital payment servicescontractssubscriptionse-commercepricing analyticsCRMretail sales managementMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s degreeAt least 14 years of customer experienceAt least 6 years of management experienceORMaster’s degreeAt least 12 years of customer experienceAt least 6 years of management experienceORAt least 16 years of customer experienceAt least 6 years of management experienceAdditional RequirementsQualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
