DreamWorks Animation is seeking a Coordinator who will assist in day to day operations of the marketing asset department.

“What would you say you do here?”
Work with the various production teams from both television and feature films to fulfill specific asset requests.
Responsible for pulling stills from TV episodes and feature films, then route to various Marketing, PR, UBD and CP teams for orders.
Work closely with each production team on ordering, invoicing, delivering and filing 2k, 4k, 6k, etc stills for marketing, PR, UBD, etc.
Deliver completed print and AV assets to partners such as Netflix, Amazon, Peacock, Hulu, NBCU, Apple, YouTube, Int'l Distributors, etc.
Manage real-time updates to various asset trackers and ensure deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Upload and manage the online asset websites housing DWA assets for various NBCU departments including DreamSource, Frame iO, CORE, Flow Capture and Passport, and Solar. This includes getting access for users, troubleshooting for users, uploading and updating assets.
Manage JIRA asset requests from various DWA & NBCU divisions. Responsible for securing supervisor approvals on requests, executing, delivering and facilitating same requests from ask to delivery.
Coordinate toolkit alpha production and library through creative inception, creation, and delivery.
Manage art and detailed notes from production and legal on feature film 'Art Of' book publications.
Coordinate legal clearances as needed.
Attend weekly asset meetings with TV Marketing, Custom Animation and TV Production HUB.
Multi-Task and work on numerous projects simultaneously.
Able to manage detail with speed and accuracy.
Handle special projects as assigned by Asset Manager or Director.
Organize and archive digital assets.

Must be a flexible, independent worker, proactive and resourceful
Must be able to function and thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
Computer knowledge (particularly Photoshop) is essential
Reliability for in-office work a minimum of three days a week, as this is a hybrid position

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Positive attitude and an optimistic approach to the work
Extreme organization, ability to multi-task, and pay close attention to detail
Passion for animated projects and familiarity with the animation industry
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
