Role Summary:
NBCUniversal is seeking a creative, high-energy coordinator to support the Talent Development team for Operations & Technology and Corporate Functions. Reporting to the Director, Talent & Organizational Development, with a dotted line into the Manager, Talent & Pipeline Operations, this role will help shape our talent strategy, program development, and retention efforts in the fast-paced media and entertainment industry.
