The UX team supports dozens of browser-based applications for internal users, including content supply chain, finance, data and SaaS tools. We do not design mobile or consumer-facing UIs.The ideal candidate has deep experience designing internal enterprise tools within a design system. They have a proven ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly UIs using repeatable patterns and templates.The successful Designer needs to be an effective communicator and an active relationship-builder. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly when scope and requirements are fluid.Responsibilities:• Lead and facilitate discovery to define UX requirements with internal stakeholders• Produce relevant documentation, including user flows, site maps, and slides• Use Figma to create user-friendly hi-fi designs leveraging enterprise-grade patterns and templates; produce interaction prototypes for handoff• Actively participate in team crit, giving and receiving feedback and providing quality control across all supported products• Eloquently present design solutions to stakeholdersQualifications• Minimum 3 to 5 years professional experience designing enterprise-facing products using Figma• Professional experience working within design systems, especially Material Design, Angular Material, and React Material. Experience with Accessibility and SaaS design systems including Salesforce, SAP Fiori, and ServiceNow a plus.• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent field• Effective communication skills (written, verbal, listening, interpersonal)• A professional portfolio of relevant designs & prototypes (Must include link in resume or application)• Must be able to work Eastern TimeFully Remote: This position has been designated as fully remote, meaning that the position is expected to contribute from a non-NBCUniversal worksite, most commonly an employee's residence.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
