NC Programmer

• Creating CNC Machining programs using ESPIRIT software and CATIA Models for 2 and 3 axis machines
• Coordinating with engineers and machine technicians
• Responding to change requests
• Ensuring design criteria and final parts meet expectations with high quality
• Implementing best and most effecient programming techniques

Qualifications:

• CAD/CAM experience – programming experience in ESPRIT preferred
• Technical school program related to machining and/or machine programming
• Strong understanding of basic machining principles
• Possess tool and fixture trouble shooting knowledge necessary to maximize cutting speeds and feeds to reduce run time
• Advanced Training in 2 and 3 axis programming
• 5 axis programming experience
• Mill-turn/live tooling lathe programming experience
• CNC Brake programming experience
• Laser projector programming experience
• Experience creating/manipulating CATIA 3D Models and using CATIA Surfaces workbenches
• Experience with Vericut for Complex Machining Program validation workbenches
