NCSF Summer - Scrap Rework - Co-Op Seasonal- Ops

SUMMARY OF POSITION: This role provides support to a variety of teams/functions and will be asked to complete tasks as appropriate for that function.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Various duties, dependent upon the position and department such as:
  • Scrapping/rework
  • Administrative support
  • Project work in Operations and/or Maintenance
  • Process Improvement
  • Implementation support
  • Assisting teams with standardizing programs
  • Document/job aid creation, videos, quizzes etc.
  • Other support work as assigned

  • FLEXIBILITY:
  • Willing to flex schedule to support personal and business objectives

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Industrial environment (noise, dust, moving equipment, etc.) May include prolong periods of standing, along with being able to lift 50 lbs., ascend and descend stairs, perform bending, twisting, stooping and crouching motions, use strong gripping hand functions. In addition, all employees are required to wear required PPE including ear, eye and toe protection.
