Per portare avanti la nostra missione, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Growth & Business Strategy Consultant che si unisca al nostro team.

LE TUE RESPONSABILITÀ

Il Business Developer sarà responsabile di guidare l'innovazione e l'ottimizzazione del modello di business dell'azienda per supportare gli obiettivi strategici. con team interfunzionali per analizzare le strategie aziendali attuali, identificare nuove opportunità di crescita e implementare modelli di business efficaci che massimizzino la redditività e l'efficienza. Le principali responsabilità includono:

  • Innovazione del Modello di Business: guidare lo sviluppo di nuovi modelli di business innovativi, esplorando nuove fonti di reddito, alleanze strategiche e segmenti di mercato emergenti;

  • Collaborazione e Leadership: collaborare con i team di Prodotto, Marketing, Operations e Finanza per raccogliere informazioni, sfidare le ipotesi e creare strategie aziendali integrate che promuovano la crescita;

  • Pianificazione Strategica: collaborare con i team interfunzionali per perfezionare e ottimizzare il modello di business dell'azienda, garantendo che sia allineato con gli obiettivi aziendali e potenziandolo per aprire nuovi canali di distribuzione o mercati;

  • Creazione di Business Case: redigere business case dettagliati per giustificare nuovi progetti o cambiamenti strategici legati al modello di business, supportando il processo decisionale a livello esecutivo.

  • Modellazione Finanziaria e Previsioni: sviluppare modelli finanziari per valutare la fattibilità di nuovi modelli di business, strategie di prezzo e opportunità di mercato. Fornire supporto nelle previsioni e nel budget per garantire che i modelli siano scalabili e redditizi;

  • Miglioramento dei Processi: monitorare continuamente le performance dei modelli di business attuali, identificare inefficienze e proporre aggiustamenti per migliorare l'efficacia operativa e la redditività;

  • Mapping and monitoring: condurre ricerche di mercato e analisi del settore per identificare opportunità e minacce nei mercati esistenti e in nuovi mercati/mercati adiacenti. Monitorare costantemente le necessità di mercato e le relative tendenze;

  • Gestione del Rischio: collaborare con i team per identificare nuove opportunità di mercato e sviluppare strategie innovative. valutare i rischi associati ai nuovi modelli di business, inclusi rischi normativi, operativi e finanziari, e sviluppare strategie per mitigarli;

  • Data Analytics & Reporting: raccogliere, analizzare e interpretare i dati finanziari, operativi e di mercato per creare report accurati sullo stato del modello di business e sui risultati ottenuti.

  • Laurea in economia aziendale, marketing o campo correlato;

  • Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2/3 anni, con focus sul mondo delle start up e del M&A;

  • Padroneggiare le tecniche per una negoziazione commerciale efficace e sviluppo di business;

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;

  • Capacità relazionali e di comunicazione;

  • Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e di affrontare sfide ambiziose.
