Neo Group is on the lookout for a Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join our Finance Team.

What We Want From You:

Financial Data Reconciliation: Perform thorough reconciliation of financial data to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Discrepancy Analysis: Identify and analyze any discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement solutions to resolve issues.

Data Reporting: Accurately record data in internal reports and maintain financial reporting in line with established procedures.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Provide feedback and insights to various teams, including the technical and support departments, to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of financial discrepancies.

Primary Accounting Documentation: Assist in processing and working with primary accounting documents such as invoices, bills, and other relevant financial records.

• Native Russian language, good English skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ability to use Excel functions for data search and analysis (VLOOKUP, PivotTable).
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency.
• Experience in accounting and basic accounting documentation is welcomed.
• Critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to receive and adapt to feedback.
