Skills
- Understanding of SAP areas: I-Docs, B-Docs, RFC queues
- Knowledge of SAP functional areas: SD, MM, FIN
- Ability to interface between SAP systems and third-party systems
- Advanced English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Be the first line support for business on SAP solutions
- Manage incident and request processes
- Act as liaison between business users and technology team
- Investigate technical issues using SAP tools
- Monitor key technical aspects of SAP solution
