enior Projektový Manažér/ Key Account Manager pre strategické projekty v oblasti verejnej  

správy  

Lokalita: Bratislava s možnosťou čiastočného home office

Koho hľadáme?  

Hľadáme skúseného a samostatného projektového manažéra, ktorý bude zodpovedať za 

riadenie strategických IT projektov v oblasti verejnej správy a zároveň plniť úlohu Key Account  

Managera. Vašou hlavnou úlohou bude vedenie projektu dodávky komplexného informačného  

systému pre situácie verejnej správy a následný rozvoj nadväzujúcich riešení v danej oblasti.  

Hľadáme odborníka, ktorý rozumie procesom verejnej správy, pozná metodiky  

projektového riadenia a procesného riadenia špecifické pre tento sektor a má záujem  

budovať dlhodobú spoluprácu so strategickými zákazníkmi.  

Vaše hlavné úlohy budú:  

  • Riadenie projektov podľa metodiky PRINCE2 alebo podobných osvedčených štandardov projektového riadenia. 
  • Definovanie cieľov, rozsahu a výstupov projektu. 
  • Tvorba detailných plánov vrátane harmonogramu, rozpočtu a zdrojov. 
  • Riadenie a koordinácia projektových aktivít. 
  • Sledovanie a reportovanie progresu voči míľnikom. 
  • Identifikácia a riadenie zmien a rizík. 
  • Komplexná starostlivosť o zákazníka – udržiavanie a rozvíjanie dlhodobých vzťahov. 
  • Rozvíjanie business myšlienok a podpora zákazníkov pri transformácii ich procesov.  
  • Spolupráca s partnermi a zákazníkom pri návrhu a implementácii systémov podporujúcich krízové riadenie. 
  • Príprava a realizácia profesionálnych prezentácií prispôsobených publiku.  
  • Podpora pri zmluvných rokovaniach a dohľad nad plnením kontraktov.  
  • Úzka spolupráca s oddeleniami delivery, obchodu a manažmentu spoločnosti.  

Čo očakávame?  

  • Seniorná skúsenosť min. 5 rokov v oblasti projektového manažmentu a vedenia veľkých
  • IT projektov (ideálne vo verejnom sektore). 
  • Znalosť procesov verejnej správy a ich legislatívneho rámca. 
  • Certifikácia v projektovom riadení (napr. PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP alebo ekvivalent) je výhodou. 
  • Plynulá znalosť slovenského a anglického jazyka, schopnosť viesť rokovania a prezentácie.
  • Výborné komunikačné schopnosti, manažérsky nadhľad a schopnosť efektívne rozhodovať.   
  • Skúsenosti s riadením vzťahov s kľúčovými zákazníkmi a rozvojom obchodných príležitostí.   
  • Orientácia na zákazníka a schopnosť identifikovať príležitosti na ďalší rozvoj.  
  • Výhodou je bezpečnostná previerka alebo predpoklad jej získania. 
  • Výhodou je uplatňovanie znalostí metodík v oblasti procesného riadenia vo verejnej správe, ako je napr. ARIS alebo iné BPM nástroje. 
  • Proaktívny prístup, samostatnosť a ochota prijímať nové výzvy.
