Job Description: Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect with minimum 9 years of strong servifenow experience in implementing ServiceNow HAMPro and SAMPro modules, guiding them to fully optimized, out-of-the-box configurations that drive enhanced asset lifecycle management and compliance. The ideal candidate will set a strategic path to reach maturity level 5 in subsequent project phases, enabling optimal asset management practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow HAMPro & SAMPro Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of HAMPro and SAMPro modules to drive effective asset lifecycle management, license compliance, and cost optimization.
Maturity Level Optimization: Develop and execute a roadmap to advance the asset management function to maturity level 5, enhancing operational efficiencies and best practices.
Data Normalization and Best Practices: Create and enforce data normalization standards to address duplicate and inconsistent data issues in ServiceNow. Ensure adherence to best practices for data quality and integrity.
ITSM and ITOM Expertise: Design and implement solutions within IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), including Discovery, Orchestration, Service Mapping, and IT Business Management.
Customer Service & IT Operations Management: Architect solutions that enhance customer service capabilities, streamline IT operations, and improve resource and demand management through Project Portfolio and IT Business Management modules.
Asset Management Expertise: Ensure robust IT, software, and hardware asset management practices that align with industry standards and meet compliance requirements.
Collaboration and Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver ServiceNow solutions that meet both current and future business needs.
Qualifications:
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (e.g., SAMPro, HAMPro).
Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow architecture, with deep expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, IT Business Management, and IT Operations Management.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations, with a focus on achieving out-of-the-box functionality and minimal customizations.
Best Practices: Proven track record in applying ServiceNow best practices, particularly in data normalization and lifecycle management, to optimize asset management and reduce technical debt.
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS) for platform customization.
Experience developing custom applications, modules, and enhancing existing features to meet business needs.
Expertise in creating UI policies, client scripts, business rules, workflows, flows, and notification systems.
Strong experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems through REST, SOAP, and using the MID Server for secure data transfers.
Proficient in managing inbound and outbound API integrations, ensuring data consistency and system reliability.
Deep experience in ITSM processes with a focus on improving efficiency in Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management.
Ability to manage and optimize service catalogs, workflows, and automate ticketing processes.
