Job Summary: We are currently seeking for a highly motivated and seasoned Key Account Manager (KAM) focused on servicing ADLINK's existing and future clients with industrial display computing system. The ideal candidate will need to exhibit the ability to hunt and drive new opportunities. This candidate will manage existing/ new key accounts and be required to identify and review customer business requirements, product specification requirements, to coordinate and propose the corresponding ADLINK's product solutions in winning the business from OEM/ ODM customers. Customer centric and solution minded is imperative and act as good listener for understanding customers' business initiatives and capturing the customer's needs. This ideal individual will be able to identify, find a match to demonstrate ADLINK's core competencies and value proposition to OEM/ ODM clients. Key Account Manager must have the ability to sell & service at the senior executive level (CXO) across all disciplines with focus on Engineering, Product Management & Operations within customer's organization. Essential Job Functions (include, but are not limited to the following):Develop and execute customer penetration strategies and tactics that maximize ADLINK's value proposition and product offeringCreate a list of target customer accounts with the focused product fields for Industrial Display System, GPU, Open Frame/ Industrial Monitor & Embedded Media Player.Building sales opportunity pipeline and overachieve on assigned sales quota.Prospect for new business with both new and existing key accounts.Create an account plan to meet customer intimacy and facilitate the business objectives.Calibrate ADLINK's Edge Visualization product offering and business resources to grow the business with key customers.Act as the primary business contact on behalf of ADLINK to the OEM/ODM customers.Develop customer relationships and manage the key account business portfolio.Master Supplier Agreement (MSA) negotiation.Utilize ADLINK's business resources in Sales Operations, Marketing, Technical Program Management, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve your sales quota.Job QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent training and/or experience working in the high technology industry with knowledge of essential market strategy planning.At least 5+ years of technical background and solid track sales record within the industrial display computing system related field.A successful track record of selling complex hardware solutions to OEM/ODM customers.Capacity to manage a mix of strategic and proactive account activities, having demonstrated the ability of uncovering, qualifying, developing, and closing new accounts.Professional, detail-oriented, and coachable with polished verbal, written, and presentation skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Extremely proactive, highly organized, with proven ability to multitask in a challenging environment and keep accurate pipeline and forecast updated for management.Self-starter, team player, positive attitude, and the ability to perform with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.Customer-centric, consultative, and a passion for excellence in sales and service.A hunter mentality with a proven track record of prospecting and closing new business at new accounts.Highly competitive, ramp quickly, and extremely adaptive.Accountable and able to manage all aspects of the sales cycle.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; regularly use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; talk and hear; and doing things such as analytical work or reports, which requires focus, while utilizing a computer.Must be able to operate general office equipment.Physical stamina to stand, reach, bend, lift, grasp, and kneel.The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.Benefits We Offer:Competitive, company subsidized premiums for Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance.100% company paid premiums for Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability insurance.Retirement plan with matching contributions.Flexible spending plans for health care, dependent care, and commuter benefits.Employee Assistance program and Travel Assistance.Competitive Vacation and Sick Leave.12 paid holidays including Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Lunar New Year, and Juneteenth.Discounts at participating travel, groceries, retail, and other providers via ADP LifeMart.EV charging available at our San Jose facility.Fun, engaging monthly events and company parties.Weekly snacks, fresh fruit services, bagels and donuts on specified days in our San Jose facility and much more!This job description is not intended to be all inclusive, and employees shall perform other duties as appropriate.
