About the Role

NetBox Labs is seeking a Field Marketing Manager that can take its event marketing strategy and presence to the next level and establish a marketing playbook to scale its growing partner program. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for the planning and execution of an aggressive event marketing strategy and have the opportunity to shape our partner marketing strategy from the ground up.

You’ll be joining a lean, scrappy marketing team, helping us to increase awareness of NetBox Labs to our ICP, while generating leads through events and other campaigns.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan, produce, execute and measure 3rd party and 1st party events that are virtual and/or in-person

  • Manage events from end to end, including driving  pre-show interest, attendance, and post-show conversion activity and engagement

  • Measure key metrics such as pipeline, influence revenue opportunity conversion, % net new contacts to database, etc.

  • Train internal teams on content, processes, and workflows surrounding field events and programs

  • Plan, build, and launch turnkey and custom partner marketing programs that increase brand awareness and create partner-sourced pipeline

  • Generate net new leads, MQLs, first meetings, and deals through event marketing, partner marketing and content marketing strategies

  • Conceptualize and execute creative strategies to leverage the massive and growing NetBox community through digital channels in support of our demand generation goals for events

  • Communicate internally across multiple departments on expectations, goals, deliverables, campaign logistics

You will work closely with:

  • Marketing  Leadership to deliver comprehensive  programs that align with demand generation and pipeline goals

  • Product Marketing and our Chief Evangelist to create virtual and in-person events that deliver educational content and valuable experiences for the NetBox community, our customers, and prospects

  • The executive team to align on strategy and desired outcomes

  • The Sales and SDR team to ensure active follow up and high conversion rates on the MQLs generated

  • The Partner Team to design and deliver  partner marketing programs and strategies that drive net new partner sourced leads, opportunities and brand awareness globally

It would be fantastic if you had the following background:

  • 3+ years software field marketing experience supporting webinars, events, demand generation programs, and partner marketing activities

  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast paced startup environment

  • Extremely strong project management skills, follow up, attention to detail, particularly with regard to coordinating and implementing multiple marketing campaigns concurrently

  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management for extended periods of time

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written)

  • Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and colleagues

  • Ability to act quickly with the flexibility to adjust projects as needs change

  • A strong teammate – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key partners

  • An iterative approach, comfortable with regular and constant adjustment and change to campaigns, strategies, directions

  • Experience marketing to a technical audience, especially in Enterprise infrastructure software markets

  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesloft
