Senior Business Analyst

Are you ready to join the forefront of technology as a Senior Business Analyst in Netcompany-Intrasoft? 

As a Senior Business Analyst you will : 

- Prepare Business analysis report on the current state (as-is) processes and performance baseline of defined IT service operations.
- Prepare documentation to facilitate the problem-solving and decision-making exercise.
- Develop training/support material
- Develop and execute an internal communications plan with support material
- Follow-up on deadlines
- Work with the IT Project Manager to review internal processes
- Conduct business analyses and develop implementation plan for improvements in collaboration with the project stakeholders
- Develop performance metrics and reports
- Perform testing activities
- Day-to-day support the customers and the project team
 

What would make you a fit for the role:
- 8 years of experience as System/Business Analyst
- Experience in business domains of European Institutions an asset
- Proven experience in Software development an asset
- Requirement capturing  
- Use case design
- Design HTML mockups
- Ability to provide 3rd level support for the application 
- Experience in Analyzing of data ,execution of data manipulation directly in the Database
- The following Technologies/Tools/Frameworks used for the application: HTML, integration testing, Java, JAX-WS (Java API for XML Web Services), Jenkins(ex-Hudson), Maven, Office, regression testing, SCRUM, Agile, Selenium IDE, Selenium Suite, GIT, System Test, SQL Developer for Oracle, Use Cases, whitebox testing, XML, XSLT, JIRA, Zeplin.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Capability of integration in an international/multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team. 
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings
- MA Degree
