Associate, Music Clearance and Licensing

Our growing global Music Business & Legal Affairs Group is looking for an Associate, Music Clearance and Licensing, to join the Music Licensing Team. The Music Business & Legal Affairs Group is responsible for all of Netflix’s global music business affairs, legal affairs and strategy, from the production and licensing of Netflix content through to the distribution of the Netflix service globally. This role is based in our Los Angeles office and will report to the Senior Manager, Music Licensing.

This role provides a unique opportunity for someone looking to have impact across all functions of the Music Licensing Team while being enthusiastic about offering general team administrative support. Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $58,000 - $230,000.
